When I arrived at Fordham University, I was excited–but also overwhelmed. As an international student adjusting to a new culture, I already had a lot on my plate. On top of that, I was constantly hearing about internships, networking, and building a “professional brand.” It felt like everyone already had a polished LinkedIn profile and a five-year plan, while I was just trying to figure out where to start.
