Health Informatics: The hottest field in healthcare that no one is talking about

When a patient enters a hospital, there are, on average, 37 individuals who directly contribute to the patient’s care. Although perhaps the least visible, health informaticists have one of the most significant impacts on the quality of patients’ care.  They are responsible for designing and managing the flow of patients’ information throughout the entire healthcare system.
