April 15 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

On average, the median starting salary for graduates of color will be $15,000 less than their white counterparts. How do we address this startling gap in career outcomes and ignite change?

Join the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Career Center in exploring tools and strategies needed to navigate racial disparities in the job market. Connect with alumni who have overcome these barriers and hear how they’ve successfully made a mark in their respective fields.
