Supporting Our Seniors: Salary Negotiations

Navigating the world of salary negotiations can be daunting, especially for those new to the job market. In this session of our Supporting our Seniors: Snacks & Strategies series, we’ll dive into how you can confidently advocate for yourself in order to secure a fair compensation package. From understanding your market value to crafting persuasive arguments, we’ll cover every aspect of the negotiation process to ensure you’re well-prepared to talk about all things salary and benefits.
This will be an interactive, hands-on session. It is recommended that you bring a device or pen and paper to maximize your participation and results. We’ll have snacks to munch on during our time together, so come hungry!

This event is open to students of Fordham College Rose Hill, Fordham College Lincoln Center, School of Professional and Continuing Studies, Gabelli School of Business Undergraduate Programs, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and Graduate School of Education.
