Curls Coffee and Careers will be a professional development event hosted by CurlTalk! During this program, CurlTalk will be actively trying to expand our scope of resources beyond typical programming. Through this event, we hope to provide valuable information regarding available resources, advice, and the tools necessary to be successful in your professional development and career journeys. Several of our main business lines are Client Coverage, Credit Solutions and Global Treasury Management. The Commercial Banking Early Career Development Program is a two-year general analyst program focused on gaining exposure to Commercial Banking through an initial phase of business rotations followed by an immersive experience in a single business. The program will promote professional development and skill acquisition through on-the-job experience as well as formal in-person and virtual training, including an upfront introduction to credit and sales fundamentals.
