Salesforce announced Fordham University as the 2025 Agentblazer Challenge winner, boasting the highest number of Agentblazers out of participating institutions (40 Champions, four Innovators). Four out of seven national student winners represented the Fordham community: Olivia Lanford, Max Hazelton, Tenzing Lunn, and Joseph Mastandrea.
At the beginning of the fall 2025 semester, the Fordham Career Center announced a partnership with Salesforce, allowing students to participate in the Agentblazer Challenge. During the month of September, this nationwide competition was designed to help participants master Agentforce, Salesforce’s AI platform.
After completing each module within the Trailhead guided learning paths, participants earn a badge and points that contribute towards their Agentblazer status, beginning at Level 1, and rank, beginning at Scout. Level 1, or Champion, reflects the ability to confidently explain Agentforce concepts and business impact. Level 2, or Innovator, demonstrates the ability to implement Agentforce solutions to drive measurable business outcomes. The more new skills a participant learns, the higher their rank, culminating at All Star Ranger rank.
Trailhead currently has over 1,600 modules and 140 hands-on projects and continues to grow. Fordham students and alumni interested in further hands-on professional development opportunities can still receive certification through Trailhead and explore Forage for free certifications, including a Salesforce experience. Future professional development challenges and partnerships will be announced on Handshake and RamConnect.
