This year, the Fordham Career Center is thrilled to present “Generational Diversity” as the central theme of our annual Global Diversity & Inclusion Banquet. Recognizing the unique strengths, perspectives, and work ethics that each generation brings to the table is crucial for fostering a truly inclusive environment. By looking into how different generations work together, we want to find ways to make the workplace better and more effective, while celebrating each generation.
As the Career Center team works to expand and improve the event, we are excited to announce the addition of a Spoken Word competition. One student will be selected to present their spoken word piece at the Global Diversity & Inclusion Banquet this year!
