The Fordham Career Center is proud to host the Internship Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 2 from noon to 3 p.m. at the McShane Campus Center Great Hall, Rose Hill Campus. As the third of the five-fair lineup this fall, the Internship Fair will welcome students from all majors and academic backgrounds to network with employers, discover potential career paths, and learn about internship opportunities.
The Internship Fair is representative of a wide variety of industries. This year, more than 20 employers are expected to attend, including:
- Coty
- DKC
- EssilorLuxottica
- Wildlife Conservation Society
- World Wide Technology
The Internship Fair is open to students of all class years in Fordham College Rose Hill, Fordham College Lincoln Center, Gabelli School of Business Undergraduate Programs, School of Professional and Continuing Studies, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and Graduate School of Education.
Students are encouraged to review the Career Fair Prep Guide to learn about best practices to make the most of the fair and master their first impressions with employers and recruiters. Students also have the opportunity to attend the Bites and Insights on September 25 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. This session is tailored to the industries represented at the fair, and attendees will be able to receive feedback on their resumes and 30-second pitches from employers who will be attending the career fair while enjoying refreshing mocktails.
