Neurodiversity in Education and Workplace
Join us for an engaging panel discussion on neurodiversity and disability. Esteemed neurodivergent and neurodivergent ally professionals from various industries will be sharing their expertise on the legal and ethical aspects of disclosing mental health and disability concerns. You will learn about their experiences with disclosure and strategies of sharing your story. The event is organized by the Career Center, Counseling Psychological Services, and the Office of Disability Services, and is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in working with neurodivergent populations to learn from experienced professionals in several industries such as business, finance, psychology, nonprofits, healthcare, marketing, and more. During the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable insights that can help them understand the choices they have in disclosing, who to disclose to, and more.

Coffee Chats allow for employers and students to connect informally for 1:1 or small group conversations. Students can reserve a 20-minute meeting with an Arkontaky Law Group, PC Paralegal, Senior Associate, or the Owner/Founder of the firm to discuss what it’s like working in the legal field, along with the firm as a whole. Students should be interested in pursuing a career as a Paralegal or an Attorney.

Coffee Chats allow for employers and students to connect informally for 1:1 or small group conversations. Students can reserve a 15-minute meeting with two MSG recruiters to discuss the organization’s Accounting Business Season 2024-2025 Student Associate Program and the organization’s Finance and Data & Analytics Business Season 2024-2025 Student Associate Program, along with the organization as a whole. Without a strategic job search plan, job searching is like throwing a dart at a board without aiming for a target. There’s a chance you’ll hit the bullseye, but there are no guarantees.
In this session, we’ll help you develop a comprehensive job search plan tailored to your career goals. From determining your target job titles to researching potential employers, we’ll walk you through the steps to create a strategic roadmap for your job search.
This will be an interactive, hands-on session. It is recommended that you bring a device or pen and paper to maximize your participation and results. We’ll have snacks to munch on during our time together, so come hungry!
