Student Spotlight: Nibras AlJubair
Nibras AlJubair graduated from Fordham College Rose Hill in May, with a major in Computer Science. While at school, he was the Vice President of one of the biggest cultural clubs on campus, Fordham University South Asian Entity. Currently, he is a Data Solutions Analyst at iCapital in Stamford, Connecticut!

Shah Mir graduated from Fordham College Rose Hill with a major in Economics and Gabelli Minors in Accounting & Business Administration. He remained active while at university as treasurer of the Fordham Political Union, and as junior treasurer of Fordham’s Muslim Students Association. Currently, he is working as a Corporate Transaction Banking Analyst at Mizuho Bank in New York City.

Cristina Scofield (she/her) graduated from FCRH in May 2024, with a degree in Interdiscip Math & Economics (Honors Program). She was President of Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society, Co-leader of Queer Spirit Community at RH, and a part of the Fordham Club as well! Currently, she is working as a Research Assistant at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve in Washington, D.C.

Hajer Merarda graduated this May with a major in Biological Sciences on the Pre-Health Track. While a student, she was president of the Muslim Students Association. Currently, she is working in New York City at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as a Lab Technician.

Margaret Fluehr recently graduated from Fordham College Rose Hill with a major in Film and Television. During her undergraduate, she participated in Fordham Athletics Marketing, Fordham Dance Marathon, Mimes and Mummers, Rose Hill Society, & was an Orientation Leader! Currently, she is working as a Fan Services Seasonal Associate with The Philadelphia Eagles in Philadelphia.

Michael graduated from Gabelli School of Business with a major in Public Accounting, Professional Accounting. He was a part of multiple activities on and off campus, as President of the Fordham Film Club, player in Intramural Basketball, member of Fordham University Experienced Leaders Program, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and an Arts & Culture Writer for The Observer. Currently, he is an Audit Associate at KPMG IN New York City.

Our alumni spotlight this week is Isabella Sabino, who graduated from Fordham in May with a major in Digital Tech & Emerging Media and a minor in marketing. During her undergrad, she participated actively in The Mimes and Mummers, New Student Orientation, Pedro Arrupe Volunteers, FLASH Magazine, and MODE Magazine, and led the Dance Co-Op (President), The Fordham Club, Alpha Sigma Nu, Lambda Pi Eta, Phi Kappa Phi, and Phi Beta Kappa in various roles. Currently, she is working at The Sasha Group, a VaynerX company, as a Post-Creative Strategist in Hudson Yards, NYC.

Our alumni spotlight this week is Ava Carreiro, who graduated from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business with a major in Marketing earlier in May. Throughout her time at Fordham, she was part of the Marketing Scholars Program, played the viola in the Symphony Orchestra, served as a Digital Producer for The Fordham Ram newspaper, Vice Chair on the United Student Government Marketing Committee, and Co-President of the Health and Wellness Club. Currently, she is working as a Marketing Management Trainee in New York City!
